Had a customer that had 2 separate tenants that caused some damage. The first bedroom the carpet was destroyed so we came in and laid a new lvp and gave the room a fresh coat of paint. The second bedroom the tenant left some decent holes in the wall as well as the closet door. We were able to get the holes patched up and get a fresh coat of paint to make it look like nothing ever happened.

Had a customer that wanted to replace a small metal shed with something bigger and nicer. Built them a shed kit from Lowe's, added a coat of paint to match the house and garage, added a receptacle and light inside and put a small gravel border to keep the dirt from splashing up when it rains.

Helped a customer by removing the old standard tub shower combo, reversed the tub to make it more accessible and did a tub to ceiling ceramic tile surround with a recessed shelf. Did a little bit of sheetrock repair and finished the room off with a fresh coat of Fun Yellow paint.
