Let the bird house swarm settle in for about 10 days. I inspected, found and marked the queen. 2023 queen will now be easier to find in the future and now will know about how old she is. Took a frame of uncapped baby bees/larva from another hive I knew to be strong to help anchor and boost the swarm. They are looking great and the queen is laying eggs.

A swarm moving into someone’s large lawn bird house. Within about 20 minutes I picked up from the home with a screen over opening. Brought to my home, opened top and moved the bee to a new box. Replaced the roof and returned the bird house with screens over opening.
Contact your local bee club, at least post to a local FB page and ask if there is a beekeeper who will come and get them. Please don’t spray. Beekeepers love free bees and swarm are great.
