On this project, we replaced the existing deck with a stamped and dyed concrete patio, selected for its durability and long-term performance. We also removed an unused sliding door to simplify the rear elevation and improve the interior layout.

To address the elevation change between the new patio and the existing wraparound walkway, we introduced additional river rock—tying into the existing landscape and softening the transition between surfaces. The pergola was upgraded with a full roof system, finished in copper metal roofing to add shade and a clean visual pop.

Every detail was considered—both in how it performs and how it presents.
