Does your garage door reverse when you try to close it? If so, you probably have a sensor eye problem. Try these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Adjust the sensors so that the LED light on each one is glowing steadily
2. Remove dust, cobwebs, grass trimmings, and any other debris from the sensor lens
3. Lubricate the track with garage door lubricant (not WD-40!)
3. Tighten the wingnuts on both sensors to keep them from rattling when the door begins to close
