These fantastic customers figured out that they had an extra 20 feet of property after having a survey done. So we took the fence down and did a complete overhaul of their spring feed creek. This was a very tight space with limited mobility. I managed to get about 14 tons of flagstone, boulders, rip rapp, and two 7' slabs for bridges in that little spot and then rebuilt the fence on the true property lines. It turned out great, no more mud and they can view the deer filled fields behind their new home. Shortly after finishing we received 4 to 5 inches of rain in a very short amount of time. Everything stayed in its place and did its job!!! This was a fun one !!!!

Woodland shade garden! This definitely wasn't the easiest spot to get all the material into. Every stone came off the homeowners property, so I got to pick them up multiple timesšŸ¤™ The Mini-x came in handy for the boulders but was definitely a tight fit. All the beds and mounds are a rich mix of topsoil, creek sand, mushroom and food compost.

Very slow going, post surgery. These rocks never get lighter! Feeling better every day!!!!

We brought this neglected pond and waterfall back to life last week. Multiple overgrown plants and weeds are trimmed and pulled, and the waterfall now works and flows into the pond for better circulation. It was a hot one to say the least! It was quite the chore to get the mulch and gravel to some of the areas!

Just finished the custom design and built, outdoor kitchen on the deck we completed back in March. It's time for the homeowners to enjoy it!!!
I couldn't find a kit that would accommodate the appliances he wanted so I put the pen to paper and drew on up. It was fun watching it come together in the last week. All pressure treated lumber is coated in a 2000Ā° heat paint, covered in concrete board then Schluter Ā®-KERDI wrap, veneer thin brick applied and screeded with All-set, primer and painted. The Green Egg and Griddle area is lined with 3" fire brick and basalt tile for up to 700Ā° fire rating. Topped it off with granite countertops!!! It should be able to take on extreme temperature swings for many many years.
On to the next one!

It's hot out folks! Drink water!!!! Hopefully I can get this flagstone mortar jointed by noon tomorrow! We fixed and replaced all of this yard's drainage issues and French drains then laid the pad in the last two mornings. Looks like 6am to 1pm for the rest of the summer šŸŒž šŸŒž šŸŒž

New native stone steps from the driveway to the front door of this amazing MCM home!!! This whole yard is moss so we removed it from the work area and applied it back to the finished steps/walkway! It's like we were never there!
