The secret to a gorgeous summer garden? Annuals that actually love the heat.🌞Meet 5 of the best annuals that look their best even on the hottest days:

Angelonia- often called the summer snapdragon, these blooms hold up beautifully in the heat. Loves full sun.
Vinca- tough, heat-loving, and low maintenance. Plant in full sun, and make sure the soil drains well to avoid root rot.
Portulaca- this annual is known for its rose-like blooms. Give it at least 6 hours of full sun.
Purslane- likes to trail over containers and garden beds. Plant in full sun, and let the soil dry out completely between waterings for best results.
Lantana- a pollinator magnet that honestly gets better the hotter it gets. Plant in full sun, and deadhead regularly
