Enjoyed working with Don Stenback from Sound Hardwood Solutions on a 7" engineered hickory floor. Full trowel glue with nail assist makes for a good time.

Old maple floor over radiant heat. Lots of warp and movement in the floor before we got to it. Sanded it flat and sealed with two coats water-based amber sealer and two coats of high end residential finish.

Carpet ripped out and new floor laid to match the rest of the house. A prefinished floor that was then sanded down and a natural sealer applied to achieve that modern clear look. Prefinished floors require additional sanding to remove the bevels and the harder ceramic factory finish.
