🤑 Consider REPAIRING your weathered deck or balcony, instead of completely replacing it!
This second story balcony needed some love, but was actually in great shape structurally. I made the client a table for her balcony from the left over lumber, and tied it up on the railing, so I could paint the deck. After the deck dried, she didn’t have to carry that heavy table, just lowered it into place.

It’s been a busy few weeks!
Faye graduated 🎓 from Washington College, and we moved everything home until she heads for Baltimore to intern at the aquarium for the summer, repaired a balcony & made a table for the client with leftover wood, finished replacing an old sliding door with a window, built a chicken run, repaired a door & installed new handrails for a church, and I’ve met quite a few new clients, who I look forward to working with. And I’ve been mowing my 8 acre wheat field (long story), and planting & cultivating the garden. I love working my grandfather’s land.

These are the necessary repairs you would need if you have an unknown leaking refrigerator. The homeowners thought the leak stopped when they no longer saw water. But that water had just found a way through their tile floor. 😲
