Did someone say deck? This bad boy is done and turned out great! I'll admit, might have been a bit much for the boy and I to bite off, but we did it! On to the next one!

Another 900 square feet of LVP in the books this weekend! Turned out great and made for a big transformation!

Got lumber!? Locking down materials for upcoming projects to try and control costs as much as we can. We're going to need more storage space!

A couple quick upgrades this morning. We installed 4 soft close cabinet trays and replaced 7 flush mount light fixtures with canless LED's. Simple upgrades that make a big difference!

We had to help some dear friends move this morning so this afternoon we wrapped up a small but much need improvement. I once again forgot the before pictures! 🤦‍♂️ They had some water damage due to the window being improperly installed so the wall was open to the studs underneath. A little insulation, some drywall, blend it all back in, paint, and some freshly stained and poly'd red oak and it's a complete window and wall again!

Shiplap Saturday! This turned out great, three walls in three different rooms. I especially like the way the entry way piece turned out and the access panel! If you want a pretty and inexpensive accent wall, you know who to call!

Because the boy needs something to do this summer while I work my day job, we will be offering lawn mowing services this year. We have a rider with 48" deck as well as a walk behind for those hard to maneuver spots. If you or someone you know wants to put their feet up this year and watch somebody else cut the grass, give us a call! We also have a snowblower for the tractor and will be offering snow removal next winter, so keep that in mind!

We helped our good friend Matt Downing, Downing Concrete, knock out just shy of 1200 square feet of new LVP flooring at his place this weekend. Not bad for 12 hours of work. Give us a call if new flooring is on your wish list!
