This is one of three bathrooms we did for a customer in Fenton over the summer. We completely gutted it. Moved all the plumbing. Installed a Kerdi waterproofing system in the shower. Added new cabinets, quartz counter tops, and Kohler sinks and fixtures. Installed a new tub, toilet, tile and a glass shower door. Finished the walls with shiplap.

These are some before and after pictures of a bathroom we just completed. We removed the jetted tub and built a walk in curbless shower. We replaced the old dated vanities and counter top. Installed high end Kohler and delta fixtures. Also a state of the art heated floor system. Complete with programmable thermostat.

Completed this deck restoration in Clarkston last week. We removed all existing deck boards and a hot tub, and replaced them with Trex Decking and handrails. We also removed and replaced rotten cedar and two posts. This took six weeks, with five total rain days.
