Pick up an entry form at Cornerstone Cabinets & Countertops, Cullen's Home Center, Seland's Abbey Flooring Center, or The Market. Entry forms must be delivered to the Cornerstone showroom at 504 S. Concord Street in Fergus Falls (behind the Dairy Queen). Only homeowners in Fergus Falls or within 30 miles are eligible to enter.
