Triple Bacon Smashburgers 🥓🍔

Everything’s better with bacon and best friends. You gotta put this one on your list.

The breakdown:

🥓 2 slices bacon, chopped and mixed into 1 lb ground beef - add W sauce and Beefs Best Friend - make 5-6 balls - smash em on the Blackstone Products using some Beef tallow - add American cheese - stack 2 patties and any additional Toppings you like.

🥫 Burger sauce: 3 parts mayo, 1 part mustard, 1 part W Sauce — mixed with a big scoop of MW fresh bacon jam, a little seasoning, paprika, Finely chopped pickles and a little bit of ketchup.

Jalapeño Buffalo Ranch Sliders 🔥🌶️ Boneless chicken thighs marinated overnight in wing sauce, jarred jalapeños, and their juice, dusted with Chicken’s Best Friend, and finished with garlic herb butter and melty Colby Jack. Piled onto toasted rolls slathered in a buffalo-ranch spread, topped with browned jalapeño onions. Full recipe in the comments 👇
