Coming to the end of a bathroom remodel.old shower out made of linen closet in its space. Pull the garden to about made a large walk in shower and it's Place. also, new vanity went from single to a double vanity. New toilet, new floors, custom shelving.
Tile surrounds back splash around the vanity. New lighting all a LED resist except the clause. It has a door switch tape and bed, prime prep, . and paint.
InstallEd All new light switches as well as new receptacles.
Moved plumbing lines appropriate for the new accommodations.
Installed a Pan built shower Pam. Replace bathroom door with a new one. Installed a new for the linen, close it and install the shower doors for the shower..

I'm on a new little project for fun and for myself a tiny home one bedroom one bath living room and full kitchen in a 10x20 space the profile pic is of the kitchen I'm finishing up with the bar cabinets sink I'll keep you posted

Just thought I'd show you some pictures of the latest project Charlottesville now and on to finish. This pretty much at the start a lot of lap siding to be changed scraping appears that it's going to be endless .Lot of caulking to cut out and need to put in. Just a little parking area we did, we recessed some 4 by 6 pressure treated lumber screened the area with 3-inchs of screening( a mixture of ground concrete and lime) then compacted it and finally laid an inch and a half of homeowners choice gravel.
