🔨 Project Completed! 🔨

We removed the existing angle support and braced pergola, then replaced two damaged 6x6 support posts to restore strength and stability. Once the new posts were installed, we securely reattached the arbor and removed the temporary bracing, leaving the structure looking great and standing strong.

Great work by Walt and Josh on delivering a safe, durable, and professional result!

Another shower project completed by Walt & Josh! 🔨✨

This bathroom upgrade came together beautifully with detailed tile work and finishing touches that completely refreshed the space. New tile and Schluter trim were installed, the shower niche tile was replaced, and everything was completed with fresh grout cleaning and sealing.

Great work and a clean finish all around! 👏

Another great project completed by Josh! 🔨

This job included new Hardie plank siding, a new screen door installation, replacing 5 porch screens, fresh paint on the new Hardie and trim, and reinstalling the gutter and downspout.

The lanai is now secure, refreshed and looking great! 👏🏡

Another project in the books! 🔨

Walt recently completed a detailed exterior update, helping bring this home’s look back into alignment.

✔️ Removed existing stucco bands above and below the windows
✔️ Cut and removed 4" of stucco on each side of the windows
✔️ Installed foam and corner bead to match the style of the home’s other windows

The finishing touch (painting) will be completed by a separate contractor, but the prep work is what makes all the difference in getting a clean, seamless final look.

Quality craftsmanship starts with the details, and Walt delivered as always.
