Once the heart of a small town community, The Franklin Grill has been reborn as The Franklin Oyster Bar & Eatery!

From the welcoming front entryway, to the elegant interiors and lively bar, this renovation honors the building’s past while paving the way for a new chapter of fine-dining with a modern twist in the Village of Franklin.

Revisiting this completed build was very relaxing on a bright, sunny day!

The lakeside views are just as beautiful as ever out of the wide windows in the kitchen and bedroom, which also provide plenty of natural light within the home.

We’re excited to share, in collaboration with , one of our projects has received multiple awards at the 2025 Detroit Design Awards!

Some of the architectural spaces recognized by these awards include a new indoor lap pool, private gym room, and a renovated master suite.

Real vs. Render - In our 3D design models, we try to fit in as many details as possible, so that our clients can get a better idea of what their final design will look like. It is fun to look back after construction is done, and compare the design renderings that we produced to photos of the finished work.
