Yesterday, we were honored to attend the ribbon cutting celebration for Beacon Place Apartments in Pontiac! In partnership with Lighthouse, the redevelopment at Beacon Place has updated and modernized the community’s 28 apartments and 12 townhomes, which provide access to safe and affordable housing.

As the architects of the original building design in 2008, it was especially meaningful for our team to once again be part of the development effort — helping preserve and revitalize these homes for the Pontiac community for years to come.

We've updated and modernized 28 apartments at 101 Mechanic Street and 12 townhomes at a nearby site, adjacent to our newest development, Auburn Place. Beacon Place is a redevelopment of Lighthouse’s first multi-family affordable housing development project, Beacon Square & Townhomes, dating back to 2008!
