Bergeson Nursery was founded by Melvin and Olga Bergeson in 1937. It has since passed to their son Paul and his wife Glenda, then to their son Eric, and is now owned by Eric's brother Joe and his wife Kae. We specialize in selling bare root trees, shrubs, and fruiting plants in the spring, as well as providing high quality bedding plants. In the summer we plant several acres of showy display gardens designed to educate and provide a beautiful tour.

One of my favorite fragrances as a young child was daffodils. This happy clump has been coming back for as long as I remember, and I may have even planted it as a kid or perhaps it was already there. We don’t even sell daffodil bulbs any more, because they’re a fall thing and we don’t get enough traffic in the fall.
