Before pictures-

These floors had years of wear and a darker, aged appearance. Our customer wanted to brighten up the space while keeping the natural beauty of the hardwood.

We sanded the floors down to bare wood, removing the old finish and bringing the wood back to life. Then we applied a lighter water-based finish to create a cleaner, brighter, and more modern look while still highlighting the natural grain.

The result is a fresh, updated floor that makes the entire room feel larger and more inviting.

Before and After

This floor had years of old amber finish built up, leaving it dark, orange, and worn out. We completely sanded it down to bare wood, water popped the floor for deeper stain pe*******on, then stained it with Ebony for a rich modern look. Finished it off with Bona water-based satin finish for a smooth, durable natural sheen.

The transformation completely changed the feel of the home — clean, modern, and timeless.

Sanded this floor down to remove the old amber finish and bring it back to a clean natural look. Installed a wood patch seamlessly to blend right into the existing hardwood, then stained everything with Duraseal Special Walnut for a rich timeless color. Finished it off with a durable 2-part Bona water-based finish for long-lasting protection and a smooth clean look.
