One of my last projects in Vermont with Govett Construction. The customer wanted his house to have a raw wood look to match this quiet property. We were able to replace a few old windows, reflash the existing ones, add some ventilation, and keep this home dry.

Homeowners wanted a new outdoor space. They got an open deck that was framed to hold a future hot tub, and a covered outdoor dining space. This project added usuable space to the property while also adding some dimension to the aesthetics of the back of this home.

We took this existing closed in porch and made it into an outdoor space with new trim, cable railings and opening screens.

This was a super fun basement finishing project to partner with Govett Construction. Designs made by HighLine Design and tile work by Rob Lemere. Paint was done by Jermano’s paint and drywall.

Took down an old deck and replaced some 100+ year old windows before replacing the deck with all new framing and composite decking.

Hired to install Everlast composite siding and we stayed an extra day to trim out two mantels. Customer was excited to paint them when we left.
