Nick originally went to college for Landscape Architecture but after spending his evenings and weekends flipping his college house and working for a local developer, he switched his major to Construction Management. After renovating a handful of homes on the South end of Findlay, we’ve packed up our toolbox and drove the 5 miles across town.

We closed on 1701 Windsor Place yesterday and began demo today! This is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath, 3,211 square foot home.
