TAWA MULCH & LANDSCAPE SUPPLY in Findlay OH
is looking for a LOGISTICS MANAGER.

DUTIES include, but not limited to:
*Dispatching semis and dump trucks
*Planning routes
*Arranging back hauls
*Applying for permits
*Collaborating with the Shop Manager to oversee daily fleet maintenance
*Collaborating with Office personnel to ensure timely dispatches
*Providing driver support
*Serving as main point of contact for all truckers
*Communicating with customers

MUST HAVE:
*Experience in dispatching, logistics, permitting, or construction administration
*Attention to detail
*Strong communication abilities
*A positive, professional attitude and a friendly, welcoming nature

TAWA MULCH & LANDSCAPE SUPPLY in Findlay OH
is looking for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & PAYROLL SPECIALIST.

DUTIES include, but not limited to:
*Process and code vendor invoices to the proper general ledger accounts
*Execute three-way matching against receiving slips, purchase orders, and invoices
*Maintain active vendor master files
*Create new vendor accounts
*Communicate with suppliers to answer questions about payment status
*Reconcile vendor statements
*Schedule timely electronic and paper disbursements

*Process Weekly Payroll
*Calculate Earnings & Deductions, including 401(k)
*Ensure Compliance with all tax laws
*Serve as main point of contact for all employees regarding paychecks, tax forms, and vacation/comp time

MUST HAVE:
*Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
*Computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
*Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred, but not necessary
*Attention to detail (excel in proofreading)
*Self-starter
*Minimal supervision
*Strict discretion with confidential data
*Strong communication abilities
*A positive, professional attitude and a friendly, welcoming nature
