If you are reading this and have not paid yet, take 5 minutes and click on the following link:(www.oakmeadowshoa.com) -> on the left side toward the bottom, click on the "Annual Dues and Fines" link. Then follow the prompts, it will have you login to your account or create one for new users.

If you would like to avoid the $2.50 convenience fee to pay online, you may mail a check to PO Box 712, Firestone, CO 80520. They must be postmarked by 3/31/2020.

We hope everyone has had a lot of success with their sales. PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST

The roll-off dumpster is now located in the in the Settler's Park parking lot. Sweet Roofing Company will also have a trailer parked at 6311 Twilight Ave, where you can also bring your items. IMPORTANT - there are certain items that cannot be placed in the bin and must be disposed of properly at the Weld County Hazardous Waste Disposal site which is located at 5990 York St #1/2, Dacono, CO 80514. These items include:
-TV's
-Tires
-Electronics
-Anything with FREON in it (Refrigerators, freezers, A/C units)
-Paints, oils, solvents
Again, please dispose of these properly - we will be charged a pretty hefty fee if these items are in the bin.

FOR DONATIONS:
None of the donation centers I called will drop off a truck anymore. Luckily we have some homeowners that have volunteered to be a drop off point and will take your items to A Precious Child and The Sister Carmen Center and VA.

They are located at 6311 Twilight Ave. They are having a sale of their own so please do not drop anything off until after 2pm.
Sweet Roofing contractors will also be at their house to take any items that the donation centers will not take.

There will be a dumpster available on Saturday June 9th, following the sale for anyone who wishes to just discard any unsold items. It will be in the Settler's Park parking lot.

I had a donation truck lined up with ARC thrift stores but as of a few weeks ago they no longer leave trucks for neighborhood sales. I am still working out an alternative and will post later this week when I have that worked out.

I hope everyone has a successful sale and can put a little extra cash in their pockets!
