Just wanted to give everyone a little bit of info on pricing, so you know about what my cost is before you ask for a quote. I try to keep everything around $2.00 per sq ft/linear ft. For example, drywall, I charge $2 sq ft, that includes finishing. If you want me to paint that's another $1 per sq ft. So $3 sq ft to hang, mud, sand and paint. Trim work, $1 per linear foot, includes spackling of the holes and paint. Flooring, $2sq ft, for most types of flooring. Obviously there are almost always other aspects to each job that aren't as easy to put a price on until I've actually laid eyes on it, like removal of old drywall or flooring, etc. but this is just basic pricing for most of the work I do.
There are tons of other things I do and offer but these are the most common and most asked about prices. I can tackle just about any job inside or out. Electrical, plumbing, roof work, privacy fence, you name it. Hope this helps, and I look forward to doing business with you!
