But in our world, “looks perfect” isn’t the standard. Before we consider any project complete, we do a final walkthrough of every inch of the space with our designers and builders alongside you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. And ours.

We want you to celebrate your new space and this process is rooted in precision to ensure that happens.

During the final walkthrough, we check for:
• Tile free of chips or imperfections
• Clean, consistent grout and caulk lines
• Crisp paint edges, even under direct light
• Seamless flooring transitions and thresholds

We do this with every remodel because we know you’ll be living here, and when you step into your finished space, it shouldn’t just look right. It should feel right, too.

A happiest of birthdays to our own sales designer Caiti Green!

On the Bella team, Caiti views each remodeling project as a life-changing event, blending form and function to create beautiful spaces that will make your day-to-day cozy and effortless. Her goal is to make homeowners smile every time they walk into their remodeled room, knowing it is exactly how they dreamed it could be.

Caiti is a Wisconsin native–born and raised in Cross Plains–but she spent the better part of 20 years living in Chicago, New York City, and Los Angeles. Her previous career in the music industry inspires a collaborative, aesthetic-forward view on design, with a focus on making homeowners feel joy in their homes.

In her free time, you can find Caiti exploring Wisconsin’s lakes and forests, rooting for the Green Bay Packers, or sipping wine at a local haunt. She is an avid traveler, and loves exploring new cities and the unique aspects of their cultures, architecture, and design.
