Getting ready to start a new custom home in Flagstaff Ranch! We passed the Design Review pre-construction inspection. Just waiting on soils report from the soils engineer and we will have the building permit. Stay tuned for more on this project, plus we have another monster house going in the same neighborhood that’s about a month behind this one.
