It’s finally done!!! Back in may we were called to come out to a new build to refinish the floors. Ever since the day we finished we have been waiting to see the final product of this home and it turned out beautiful🤩🤩. If you’re looking for a new home this is the one for you

Anytime we have to remove carpet to sand the floors under them is always a surprise. We removed the carpet in the main level of this home and the carpet padding under was glued down and over time had hardened. The customer wanted to keep the floors as light as possible but once we found this under the carpet they were worried we wouldn’t be able to meet their requirements based on the condition of the floors. With love, sweat, and some tears We were able to sand out all the imperfections of this floor and make it look like carpet never existed in this home🤩🤩👌🏼 For a free estimate call 734-301-5896

What a transformation!!!🤩 Located in Dearborn heights. We had to grind off all remaining carpet padding that was stuck to the wood. We sanded and stained the floor espresso with 3 coats of oil base polyurethane.

This job was located on Capitol Ave in Lincoln park Mi. We removed the old carpet, staples, tack strips, and tore out the tile at the front door. In some of the rooms the floor was covered with a thick layer of glue. We were able to sand out all the imperfections in this floor and we applied 2 coats of oil base polyurethane.
