Did you know that in 1/8 of a watermelon you can get about 640mg of potassium in your diet? Did you it also is a good source of Vitamin A and C and lycopene? Also, the potassium will help your body hold onto calcium which will help prevent muscle cramps. So this is a good snack on a Hot Hot Day as it will help with rehydration.

First seeds are in the window greenhouse! Got some cooler crop seeds started in the basement under the grow lights.....window gets too warm. :-)
