You know the team takes pride in their work when we get a consistent flow of lawn p*** sent to the group chat of these sexy lawnsđŸ€Ș

On the back end were upgrading our customer service and call experience! We’ve been using a call center for several years but we are now moving that internally to our team to answer those call live for everyone! We’ll also have an Ai receptionist (Katie) to take messages if our team is tied up so we can make sure everyone is taken care of that calls inđŸ”„

T-minus 10 days that we move all calls internally and no more having to leave a message with our call center ❀❀

Check out that angle cut! Not only does it look clean but changing mowing patterns up prevents your lawn from getting soil compaction which is no good for your lawn

Zach and Kyle did an awesome job brining this new landscape to life!

We did a complete reno on both the front and back yard creating an elegant outdoor space around the whole home

Irrigation updated to account for all the new plants and the paver patio. Complete landscape lighting, bistro lighting and wall lighting for the back patio. Hundreds of new plants were brought in to completely change this outdoor space.

Our maintenance team comes by once a week to take care of the lawn and now the new landscaping.

From design, installation to maintenance our team handles it allđŸ”„

Its been a busy week but our team has really been stepping up this season with customer service, speed of communication to clients and the level of communication between the team internally

This has been a problem in the past that we’ve been working together to improve week over week. Its all coming together and our team is on đŸ”„

When you handle services for 400 homes theres a lot of communication that has to happen at scale. Our old way of doing it no longer worked so we revamped it and created new systems to better serve our customers/neighbors

Yes it’s tempting to just remove the small patches in your lawn that are dead but don’t do it! It usually doesnt turn out the way you want it to. It will be very obvious after it is done and still standout like a sore thumb! Replace much larger section so it blends in nicely and doesnt look like a patch job. If you want your lawn to look uniformed and even, go with at least a pallet of sod, not a few pieces

For everyone who wants a low maintenance landscape, here it is. This landscaping will only need service a couple times a year to mantain it. All full sun plant varieties to handle the FL heat.

The fountain will give a nice relaxing sounds of babbling water as you enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch. With the cool tones of the Colorado River Jack you’ll feel like your sitting next to the river bank
