Coming soon I will post some pictures of the lodge. It started out as 30foot x 50 Foot metal building with nothing inside, not even a floor. After a couple of redesigns it will soon be a three bedroom two bath get away at Pepper Sprout Ranch.

This little area was in the hall. This side was a closet and the other side was the hot water heater. We moved the water heater to the attic and re plumbed the house for a washer and dry unit which was placed in this vacant area. I had to raise the floor because of protruding gas lines for the old water heater. The washer and dryer is a stacked unit. On the kitchen side I added a little shelving unit to act as a pantry.

This is the kitchen at Owls nest. It was in bad shape when we started. Everything was outdated. Again it had a hardwood floor which was covered with carpet which was removed prior to the remodel. I removed the flooring and replaced it with tile. I also removed the wall around the sink area and added a subway tile back splash. The cabinets stayed orginal but got a face lift. Thanks Mellissa. We kept the farm sink and added new countertops. You can not see it in the picture but tucked off to the left is the stove. We added a backslash around the stove and added a vent hood.

This is the Bathroom at the Owls Nest in Elgin. The first two pictures are what I started with. The past photo was the completed project. We added a tub surround and new plumbing for the tub. It had hardwood floors that some one put peel and stick tile on and then pulled it up. I replaced the flooring with tile. I also added a new vanity and toilet. Replaced the light fixture and added the mirror. I think it turned out nice considering the size.

This is the Tiny House on Pepper Sprout Ranch. I assisted Clint and Mellissa Walker in remodeling this building from an office to a cozy little get away. This is the living area leading into the bath room. We moved the original wall to accommodate the shower. We added the upstairs lofts and a kitchenette area. It turned out really nice.
