We recently wrapped up these three projects. ⬇️

First up, we tackled a 50x80 in Flushing. This job had a tricky pitch because the garages were all level, so we had to come up with a clever way to direct the water away from the foundations and out to the edges. After cutting and washing, we ensured everything flowed perfectly, just as planned.

Next, we prepped and poured a 30x40 barn in Davison. We made the 20x30 approach 6" thick, and we poured half of the floor 6" thick to handle the weight of heavy equipment. We also added a v***r barrier and reinforcement to keep out ground moisture and add in tensile strength.

Finally, we cranked out a 30x40 barn in Goodrich, with a v***r barrier and reinforcement, as well. We also poured a 10x40 lean-to for our friend and builder, Joey, with Ironwood Contracting.

Quite a few of the calls we get come from customers that are working with another contractor. They aren't sure if the work is being performed properly, if they're paying too much, or if they chose the right company.

That was just the case for this Oxford client. To prepare the base for the crushed asphalt, we removed all the vegetation and installed a w**d barrier. Then, we spread, leveled and compacted the millings. We spread a 30x50 crushed asphalt driveway and poured a camper pad 15x50, 6" thick, with a picture frame finish. We made sure to backfill all of our work with fresh topsoil to create a smooth gradient. 🗻

We appreciate the opportunity to rebuild trust in contractors and leave this homeowner feeling confident in our work. 🤝🏼

Happy Friday 👋

When the residents of Northwinds subdivision recieved a sidewalk repair notice, they knew just who to call! We got straight to work by replacing the hazardous, lifted sidewalk squares. No tripping grannies on our watch. 👵🏻
A couple of them decided to add on some extras, including two driveway extensions. We were happy to be able to help!
