Just finished manipulating open this 'Security' brand wall safe with unknown combination. With only 2 unique numbers to the 3 number combination, I was able to open this in less than 10 minutes.

Our largest safe move (dimensionally) to date. Even though the safe weighed a slim 2400 lbs, it was 72" H x 65" W x 30" D. This safe is being used in a synagogue to store Torah Scrolls. The customer, who was the contractor, wanted the safe left on blocks.

Here are photos of ANOTHER safe destroyed by the slime of the industry, also known as a locksmith scammer.

The scammer was called in when the customer was experiencing a malfunction with the safe lock. Three separate scammers and a variety of stories and excuses over several days until they had this safe opened.

Had we been called in initially, this safe would have been opened, repaired and put back into service in one trip.

Instead, the customer hired us to remove the ruined safe and supply and install a brand new burglary safe.

We keep telling prospective customers "You get what you pay for, and if you hire someone cheap, they might just ruin your safe"

Some photos of another job requiring some machining to make a custom part.
A Yale 6000 series rim exit device with vandal resistant trim was to be installed on the wood door pictured. The door thickness was 2 1/4". The woven pattern in the center portion of the door projected 1/2" beyond the face of the door stiles. This required spacers to mount the exit device that would straddle the middle portion of the door. Doing so however would increase the distance from door face to exit device to 2 3/4". The trim isn't designed to work on a door this thick...
We machined an extension for the trim tailpiece to reach the device.

One of the pocket doors we installed the Adams Rite hookbolt lock into was 1 3/4" thick, but fit into a very narrow pocket. The mortise cylinders had to be even with the face of the door. Even a 4 pin 3/4" mortise cylinder was too long. We machined the cylinders shorter! We made two 3 pin 9/16" long mortise cylinders to accommodate the very shallow depth in the door face. Attached are some photos of the machining, the cylinders , the pocket door they went into and a photo of just how narrow the pocket was.
