Pepper Jelly is wildly popular in the south, and it is extremely popular at our market events here in Alabama. I have previously made this for market-only sale, and it was always a sellout item.

I have recently decided to resume the produ tion of jellies, and to make them a permanent part of my online lineup.

I have recently finished three flavors - Strawberry Japapeno Jelly, Peach Jalapeno Jelly, Sweet and Spicy Mixed Pepper Jelly. All three of these are delicious, mild in character, and cast a whole new light on warm toast, buttered biscuits, and a big block of creamed cheese wit crackers.

Raw, pure Orange Blossom Honeycomb. I show you here an amazing and rare product. Due to changes in the practices of beekeepers, domestic honeycomb is now a fairly rare product. This honeycomb is even more rare becauce it is real Orange Blossom comb.

For those of you that have YouTube channels, you clearly understand. Getting 5000 subscribers on a business channel is NOT EASY, especially if each is a quality subscriber and no "tricks" were used to get them. This proves even old dogs can learn new tricks.

Folks, there is NOTHING COMPLICATED about calibrating pH meters. I don't know why some folks have so much difficulty wit this. These are very robust devices. I just keep mine standing up in a measuring cup all of the time.

I begin each production day with calibration. Takes less than two minutes each day. Don't box them and pur them away. They don't need all of that protection. If you keep them calibrated and close at hand, you will use them. Stored away, not so likely.

In this two minute, you may have heard me say I HATE my APERA meters. Because the are slow and shielded. I prefer the open tip meters.

Anyway, develop a routine. It is fast and easy peasy.
