The staircase craftsmanship and woodwork in older homes can be amazing .

We keep the staircase original….sand, re stain , and then we will carpet the center area .

Can’t wait for the carpets coming next week … it’s going to look great !!

We finally get a premium ,stamped ,cement driveway poured this week… color and clear coat to be added shortly .

Street Parking can be hard to find in old town Florence on many occasions… so we add up 4 parking spots on this 100 plus year old house (which is now totally renovated),…. for convenience of soon to be new owners

The new upper deck will be maxed out at 6.75 ft x24 ft, for an additional 162 sq ft of outdoor enjoyment and views of old town Florence , the marina and Siuslaw River

The final steps of completion, and enjoying the great view outside on a sunny day … are very rewarding

The left picture is from Oct 2025 as this major renovation in old town Florence gets started, and the right picture ( from same place) is after we open up the entrance to kitchen to 8 ft wide….from just a doorway, then new kitchen installed, new flooring , drywall repaired and all painted, then new fireplace, trim and mantle … 6 inch floor baseboard trim ( just arrived ) and will be installed shortly

Quite a remarkable transformation to this house , which is in the best area of old town Florence… where you can walk to the great restaurants, boutiques/ shops and Marina
