The restoration is now complete and we welcome the Eastern Carolina Community Foundation and the P*e Dee Land Trust as the newest tenants to downtown.

Look for the new FB page for the Hotel Florence downtown revitalization project. We will post updates and pictures as we start the restoration of this exciting project.

We are in the final stages of the restoration of 154 West Evans Street. We have the final inspection scheduled for later this week and then one more week of punch and clean up. Many thanks to our local craftsman and subcontractors; KM Rowland, Pryor Electric, Jacob Plumbing, and David Seabolt Landscaping. It has been a great project and hopefully the start of many more building restorations in Florence's Historic Downtown. Look for the final pictures soon.

New photos of the restoration. First and second floor framing is complete and the exterior brick work is 80% complete. The mechanical rough-in is underway and should be complete next week. Check back often for new photos and thanks for supporting the restoration of downtown Florence!
