Whole upper wall had shifted due to not having a steel angle iron to support the weight of brick …..our team had to demo the brick and install one …. 🇨🇱

Replaced a couple of cracked brick and touched up the mortar on a corner that was damaged due to foundation problems ….in cases like this we advise getting foundation looked at first and fixed before fixing your brick 🇨🇱

First 3 pictures are the before ….we removed all existing concrete and replaced it with stamped concrete (extended concrete area) ….also replaced all the pluming/drainage,2 skimmers , pool coping and added a couple French drains around the yard ….at the end we built a retaining wall to help with erosion problem customer was having in the back …all ready for summer ☀️ 🇨🇱

We repaired mortar on the cast stone around windows and also took care of any cracking around the stone itself ….at the end we did a light wash on stone to remove any dirt buildup here a couple pictures of the process 🇨🇱
