We traded standard builder-grade finishes for a Modern Moody Luxury oasis. By enveloping the walls and ceiling in a rich, chocolate brown, we created an intimate "jewel-box" effect that completely elevates the room.

The undeniable showstopper? The dramatic, high-contrast burgundy veining beautifully crafted into a custom integrated sink with a fluted pedestal and carried into the seamless walk-in shower. Paired with warm brass sconces and hardware, it’s the perfect blend of high-fashion drama and timeless warmth.

This renovation was all about creating a home that feels elevated without sacrificing comfort, functionality, or the everyday moments that matter most. ✨ FROM CRAMPED & CLOSED-OFF TO AN ENTERTAINER’S DREAM! ✨

Swipe to see the unbelievable kitchen before-and-after! ➡️

Originally, restrictive drywall partitions trapped this kitchen. Dark cabinetry and outdated brown granite dominated the layout.

Our team tore down those visual barriers. We created a seamless, open-concept transition. Custom off-white shaker cabinetry brightens the space. A gorgeous steel blue-gray paint anchors the walls. The crown jewel? The massive center island. It provides endless prep space, built-in appliances, and casual bar seating.

From outdated and cramped to an entertainer’s paradise. ✨ We completely reimagined this kitchen layout by tearing down the massive, angled multi-level breakfast bar that blocked the flow of the home. In its place, we introduced a breathtaking double-island design that maximizes both prep space and seating.

The star of the show? Rich, warm walnut wood cabinetry paired beautifully with clean, white upper accent cabinets for a modern home aesthetic. Every detail was curated for ultimate functionality, from the premium appliances to the seamless, elegant countertops.

Things I’d never guess I’d do as a designer - I’m sitting here waiting for this massive tub to fill. It came with controls installed backwards so I need to take a video of it for manufacturer to replace it, but you’re not supposed to turn it on with no water, so here we are. Waiting. It takes FOREVER

When you have gorgeous, soaring ceilings and windows looking out at a pool, the last thing you want is a space that feels empty and echoing.

This room had amazing bones, but it desperately needed a heart. We brought it to life by adding a stunning floor-to-ceiling plaster fireplace as a true focal point, then swapped the old ceiling fan for a dramatic geometric chandelier.

Now, this massive space feels warm, cozy, and completely intentional.✨
