In-Line Construction is looking for a seasoned Lead Carpenter/Foreman with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. They must have the ability to fully run jobs through all phases of construction independently as well as manage their own crew.
The Lead Carpenter/Foreman is responsible for the following:
- The ability to run and manage construction jobs on their own through all phases of construction.
- The ability to manage a crew/team independently
Some Requirements of the position include:
- 10 years’ minimum experience in construction working in remodeling and carpentry, Drywall Repair, Painting, Windows, Siding, Roofing, Additions, Framing, Trim/Finish Work, etc. The more experience the better!
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
- Ability to complete jobs on schedule
Basic Handtools that are required include:
- Tool belt, tape measure, speed square, and hammer

General Laborer
In-line construction is looking for a motivated general laborer who is willing to learn and is a team player. This is an entry level position with room for advancement based on the individuals ability to learn.
The General Laborer is responsible for the following:
- Supplying materials to the the Carpenter
- Assisting in construction and building on the job as necessary
- Clean up job site during and after work is completed
- Take and follow instructions from the lead carpenter
Some Requirements of the position include:
- The ability to read a tap measure
- Previous experience with power tools is necessary even if it was for personal use.
- Experience is not necessary but preferred
Basic Handtools that are required include:
- Tool belt, tape measure, speed square, and hammer
