This letter of reference highly recommends the construction and renovation services of Alpha Omega Co and Justin Matthews.
We contracted Alpha Omega to add an addition on to an existing house. A pretty major project that involved new foundation and roofing that tied the old house to the new building. They did a great job. The quality of their work and timeliness of the project was excellent.
To begin with they handled the difficult task of getting approvals and licenses from the City of Orange beach and our HOA. Once the process started we received weekly updates and pictures of the work in progress. They used quality materials and great craftsmanship. As the construction came to an end the new rooms were cleaned and cleared of all construction debris. The landscaping around the new building was leveled and manicured .
The only small complaint were unforeseeable cost over runs which are to be expected on any construction contract.
We would highly recommend the construction services of Justin Matthews and Alpha Omega Co. We would certainly use them again for any future renovations or building projects.
