People ask me all the time. "Lance, What all do you do?". The answer to that question is pretty much everything, but I don't usually advertise that because I don't like doing everything. I like to let the other guys to do the things they enjoy and I like to do the things I enjoy.

One of the things I enjoy most is upgrading customers surroundings. Another thing I enjoy doing is customer service. Half of my job is just getting to know the customer, see what it is they need, and then provide that in excess.

Another thing I enjoy doing is Upgrading vinyl soffits to hardwood ceilings.

This customer had a vision of something nice and we provided that.
Here we upgraded the lights, the fan, and the ceilings, leaving the customer fully satisfied and we are on schedule to come back and handle the rest of their home improvements as well.

So Anyway for the last few weeks we've just been doing a bunch of random odd and end jobs, mostly tying up loose ends, doing favors, and charity work. But today we were able to install this beautiful iron door at The Estates in Craft Farms. We're also making good progress on the Weeks Bay build, so keep an eye out for those updates to drop.

It's so nice to revisit something we built a while back and see how our work does after being well seasoned.

We built this Gazebo about 3 years ago and came back the next year to build the cabinetry and set the bar top .. I am proud to say that all components are holding up nicely.

Unfortunately the siding and trim on the main house is in need of maintenance and we're back to address that.

Just another day in the life of a carpenter.

What a very cool thing. If anyone is thinking of voting for my company for Best of Baldwin, you can scratch that and instead go vote for my son Greyson as Head on a plate! He absolutely rocked it.

This turned out better than anticipated.
Our customer had five damaged pine doors that were just absolutely falling apart.
We were able to remove them and repair the damage with minimal invasion into the remaining structure. Finished painted pictures coming soon.

This was a very cool build we were asked to do. The customer had a rather undersized dining area. In order to maximize space, we made them this storage bench with accenting wainscoting to complete the look.

We look forward to their next request of a fully functional coffee bar to complete their kitchen.
