First Impression Interiors provides staging for vacant and owner-occupied homes. For owner-occupied homes, we maximize the use of our client's existing furnishings and accessories. At First Impression Interiors we stage for success with three key objectives; creating a home that appeals to maximum potential buyers within the homes price point, staging the home in the most afforda
ble manner, and selling the home for the maximum dollar. To achieve these objectives, we professionally assess what action is required to profile the home's strongest features, and equally important, identify any existing elements such as furniture placement, lighting, paint colors, home repairs, personal effects, or curb appeal presentation that distract from achieving the primary staging objectives. When required, we provide furniture and accessories at an affordable rental rate through our large inventory of quality staging products. We work closely with our clients in tailoring the staging plan to meet their timeline, scope and budget. OUR EXPERIENCE
Michele Hutchison, Owner, has over 15 years combined of industry experience in staging, interior design and landscape design. She also brings a depth of operations and project management skills developed by working in management positions for prominent Sacramento-area companies. Michele's background and experience provides the highest client satisfaction due to her depth of business and design experience. She specifically collaborates with established vendor contacts for high-quality products & fabrication, partners with local reputable contractors, and keeps a budget conscious approach . Michele is a RESA-PRO member (Real Estate Staging Association)
and Active Rain participant; both great supporters of professional staging, and Realtor focused organizations. In addition, she trained with Interior Decorators of CA designing residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. Her works include a volume of staging, remodeling and design client experience with notable success. She has a long history of design training and experience: paint color selection (interior & exterior) from a wide range of paint vendors, fabric selections, hard surface selections; granite/tile/ quartz, creating dramatic backsplash and shower trim designs, customized lighting and accessorizing to help clients create their personal home signature. Michele's extraordinary accomplishments have led to numerous referrals and a variety of dynamic staging & design opportunities. First Impression Interiors has successfully staged numerous homes in Sacramento, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Fair Oaks, and Roseville.
