It’s that time of year to start scheduling trimming and pruning. This is such an import detail to achieve a successful fruit harvest. Why is this so important? By trimming and pruning, you will maximize your fruit yield by getting more sunlight and air to the leaves of your tree. This not only helps to prevent breakage through the next few months but also prevents crowding of fruit throughout the season.

EXPLAIN THE “WHY”
To be honest, getting rid of your pain is often the easy part. Discovering WHY it occurred in the first place is key. If the underlying cause of pain or symptoms isn’t addressed, your relief will be short term. For example, if you have a tight muscle causing pain, we can loosen the muscle with trigger point dry needling and manual therapy quite easily. BUT, if that tight muscle was caused by poor posture or a muscle imbalance that hasn’t been addressed, your pain will likely come right back in a few weeks. The staff at Peak Rehab makes sure to thoroughly evaluate patients to ensure any underlying causes of pain/symptoms are also addressed, not just provide the short-term fix!
