We're just wrapping up this replacement window and door project north of Fond du Lac. What a gorgeous setting for new Infinity by Marvin windows.

We're looking for a skilled Window & Door Install Lead or Subcontractor Crew to join our team and deliver the quality craftsmanship our customers have come to expect. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants steady, year-round employment with a well-established local company.

Responsibilities
• Install Infinity by Marvin replacement windows and entry doors on residential projects
• Ensure proper fit, seal, and finish on every installation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
• Follow project plans and scopes of work
• Represent Wrightway's standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
• Experience in window, door, or exterior installation preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 20 feet
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, professional, and a team player
• Full-time availability (ability to work 40+ hours/week)
