Done this bathroom floor recently. Had a bad rotten spot from a terrible water leak. Took care of it all and turned out great

Removed these old posts with a new footer and new posts. Erosion over time had messed up these footings but it's a solid structure now!

Tongue and groove on this porch ceiling then stained. Also installed recess lighting with new Trex decking, steps, and post. Turned out fantastic!

Done another Trex porch recently and removed the small 4×4 post with a solid 6×6. Turned out great.
