Description: The Landscape Crew Leader is the pivotal role at Oregon GreenThumb Landscape. This person is the key liaison between customers, employees and management. In addition to managing these relationships, he/she is responsible for managing his time, project expenses, project quality and equipment.

Managing Customers
Provide Leadership – On job site
Communicating with Supervisors
Managing Time
Managing Project Quality

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain grounds of industrial, commercial or public property, performing a combination of the following tasks:
Cut lawns, using hand mower or power mower.
Trim and edge around walks, flower beds and walls.
Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth.
Rake leaves and clean or sweep up litter.
Shovel snow from walks and driveways, Spread de-icing materials as necessary.
Depending on the size and nature of contract sites, use trailer equipped with attachment, such as mower, lime or fertilizer-spreader and lawn roller.
Perform all types of weeding.

Pay rate will depend on experience.

Happy Earth Day!
