Reports To: Service Manager/ Lawn Maintenance Supervisor

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

Type: Seasonal

Purpose: Lawn Maintenance team members are responsible for mowing, w**d whacking, blowing debris, and spring and fall clean-ups for residential and commercial sites as directed by a site supervisor.

Responsibilities:

· Mow residential and commercial properties, as assigned, utilizing zero turn mowers.

· Utilize other equipment to maintain properties like trimmers, blowers and walk behind mowers.

· Provide quality customer service as needed.

· Work at a fast pace, doing quality work and stay until the work is done for the day.

· Must be able to maintenance equipment when required.

· Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

· 6 months of experience with zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers and walk behind mowers.

· Minnesota Driver’s License (good driving record and proof of insurability).

· Applicators License – this is preferred, but not required (pesticide, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides).

· High School Diploma or GED.

This work is typically Monday – Friday but will vary pending weather and ex*****on of duties. Flexibility to work weekends as needed is requested. We also offer snow removal positions in the winter giving you an opportunity for full time, year round work if interested!
