House water pressure at 110p.s.i. pushed the hot water cartridge out of the shower. Could have been a lot worse. Pipe burst, etc.
Replaced shower cartridges and PRV valve.

Hey, money is tight for all these days. Here's a cheap alternative to extend your decks life. Some deck boards were recent replacements/ patch work. I replaced x12 8ft deck boards. And flipped the remaining deck over. The existing deck boards were over exposed to sun. No this is not a brand new deck, but will extend the life for many more years. 24ft wide x 15ft. $1000 versus $6000-$8000. Contractors so quick to sell you on "replacement".
We got solutions to fit these hard times. FYI I have done this several times before and still lasting the test of time. Tried and tested. Yes I use 3" screws not nails....

Any info on marketing or funding to get a new small business off the ground. Most grant programs I've seen do not offer support for small businesses.
