This course is designed to familiarize you with all the major systems and maintenance of your home. The basics you'll learn in this course will save you thousands of dollars in service call fees. This is not a generic training video. It's an in-person, hands-on, professionally led guide to your home.

I know it's cold outside right now, but here's something to look forward to in the summer: a perfectly pleasant poolhouse. Full bathroom, kitchenette, lounge area, indoor/outdoor connected bar seating, wood fireplace, AND it's wired with wifi and outdoor speakers. You can party all day and never even have to go inside the house.
