This project was definitely overdue for replacement! Once we got started, we found the original posts were hollow, the supports were failing, and there was extensive rot throughout the structure. The right side of the roof had dropped so badly that we had to raise it over 5 inches just to bring everything back level and structurally sound.
After a lot of hard work, everything is now solid, level, safe, and built the right way. Projects like this are always rewarding because the transformation truly speaks for itself — the before and after pictures tell the whole story!
