Here's a basement we recently finished. It's nothing fancy or really expensive but its safe, clean and dry and adds value to your home. It's something to think about especially if you have growing kids that are becoming more independent.

Finished up a garden shed. 16x16. Includes a concrete floor, covered porch, Anderson windows, smartside siding , French doors for the riding mower, and vaulted ceilings for more storage options Total cost came out to about 18,000.

As of late we've been incorporating plaster vent hoods, accent walls ect. Plaster has many benefits aside from beauty. If you are remodeling or building its something you should consider.

Notice: As of November 1st I will be semi- retiring. What does that mean? Well for me it means closer to 40 hours a week instead of 80,and doing smaller projects. We will no longer be building larger homes. 1500 sq ft or less from this point forward. (Quality construction and attention to detail remains the same.) Although our 2026 schedule is pretty full we would Entertain a few more smaller projects. Small homes, garages ect. No additions or remodeling. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their fall and has a great 2026!
