Roof replacement in progress today in Fort Collins.
This roof was removed down to the decking so we could inspect the wood before installing the new roofing system. That step matters because hidden decking issues, old leaks, soft spots, or storm-related damage can get missed if the roof is not properly torn off and checked.
Once the decking is inspected, we install the proper underlayment, ice and water protection where needed, and then the new shingles go on.
A good roof replacement is not just about how the shingles look when the job is finished. It is about the prep work underneath that helps protect the home for years.
If you are in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Cheyenne, or the surrounding areas and want your roof checked after hail, wind, or age-related wear, send us a message.
